If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a postal gift voucher will be sent to you. If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the donor sent the order to himself to give to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and find out about your return.
Shipping & Returns
To return your product, you must mail your product to: 14 Mitropoleos Str, Mykonos, 84600, Greece. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost and the eventual customs taxes will be deducted from the refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the product you exchanged to arrive may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
